Founded in 2013 DVC magic Resales is one of the original DVC Resale companies. Over the years we have helped thousands of clients just like you buy or sell their Disney Vacation club interest.
Like
many companies, we have received feedback from our clients as to what
they liked, or what they would like to see changed either in our process
or just the industry in general. From that feedback we decided to
relaunch DVC Magic Resales in October 2019.
We
redesigned the site and our process; we strive to make it the most user
friendly process in the industry. We feel we have accomplished this
with the only site that has you, the client, in mind. Starting with
your own user interface allowing you to track your progress in real time
24/7. In addition, you will always have your licensed sales agent and
licensed title agent to answer any questions via email or phone. Our
personalized service is top notch and we do all of it for 25%-55%* less
than our competitors.
People
often ask why? When all others charge much higher commissions for the
same or similar process why 4.5%, why so low? My father once told me,
if you put your clients’ needs ahead of your own you will always be
successful. So, the real answer is, we do it for you. In the end we
